Q. How do I Order & Pay?

Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Deposit and I will include all the details on your Invoice.
Q. How long will my order take?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your Cake Toppers to be processed. All orders are custom made with your choice of Font and Swarovski Crystal Colour.
Q. What size should I order?
Medium Size is the best fit for most cakes - Unless your having a really HUGE cake - Then order a large.
Sizing is based on the Height of the letter and the Width then varies depending on the Font style and Letters required.
For example The letter M is a lot wider than the letter J.
Q. How will my order be sent?
All orders are posted out in Australia Post Overnight Express Satchels with Tracking. Postage is $8 per order.
*** Please note as of JULY 2010 all orders will be sent via Australia Post Express Post Platinum Service - This service requires a signature for collection and ensures your order will arrive in the same condition it left my hands!!! I've had to many orders shoved and bent to fit into post boxes recently - Even though I take extreme care with my packaging I feel this is the safest mailing option!!!
